The Royal Winnipeg is the best royal tent I have ever owned, so easy to put up and total class.
We have had 3 royal tents so far and this is so simple to put up and stays up, you get 3 bags and the bottom section is detachable (zipped) so even if your not the best and putting the outside up the zip in sheet makes sure that there are no gaps and its totally waterproof.
Fully worth the money and look the bizz.
Wow! What a stunning and classy tent.
Ok. It's very heavy and comes in 3 bags so you need a big car or a trailer but once out on the ground it is quite easy to put up. We've had several runs with this tent and it goes up in less than an hour. That includes the great heavyweight zip in groundsheet.
We had some terrible weather and really high winds. Many other tents were flapping around and lost porches etc and many campers left the next morning due to the wind and driving rain but, the Winnipeg stood like a rock. Ok it rattles the poles a little but when you loose half the campers on a site to bad weather and you are cosy and warm you don't mind paying the higher price for this tent. As it is polycotton it does stay warm and really cool when the sun comes out. A brilliant family tent.
We had horizontal driving rain that flooded the site and the tent had a slight leak at the front corner which was soon sorted with a few inches of seam sealant but that was it.
So. Big Windows, It doesn't flap in the wind, No draughts, Great Ventilation, Great Canopy with removable sides, It looks classy.
The annexe was handy for our porta-potty storage.
Expensive - Yes. Heavy - Yes. Brilliant - Yes!
