For the price it is a vg product and the design is well thought out. Very simple to erect even for the first time. The instructions are brilliant.

we tried ours out last year (2010) and the bag that stores the awning kept us awake most of the night banging on the caravans roof. Therefore not advisable to use on a windy site. Have now removed the carry bag from the awning and hope that the next time we use it it will not treat the roof as a drum.

Instructions? What instructions - not a single word with mine. Internet gave clues but no more. "A little picture is worth a thousand words"
Can't rate because not used it yet.

(looks like the same old story) the instructions are poor to asy the least needs a lot more pictures and a lot more plain understandable info (it looks a nice awning)
Royal Leisure: Thank you very much for your review. Based on your feedback, we are investigating with our supplier how we can improve our instructions and hope our new products for the 2011 season will be greatly improved!

Agree with previous reviewer. Instructions are very poor. Even a diagram showing how main poles and support poles fit would be useful. Also how best to roll it up into bag when left attached to awning rail would help.

looks well made but the instructions too help you erect it are a joke.
