Unfortunately you cannot buy directly from Royal Leisure but we work with many Leisure retailers. To find one near you either visit our list of Royal Partners or go to our find a dealer section
We do have spares for some models of your tent, however your first point of contact should be the dealer you purchased the product from, if they do not stock the spares they will be able to order them if they are available.
If you have a faulty or damaged Royal product you must return it to the dealer it was purchased from. If it is less than 12 months since you purchased the item the retailer should repair or replace the product if it is found to be faulty.
